Contest Dates: The ThinkKansas.com Trivia Game T-Shirt drawing begins Wednesday, April 1, 2009.

Who is Eligible: To enter, complete the ThinkKansas.com Trivia Game and register online. Registration must be completed online or through the mail in order to win a t-shirt. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. Kansas Department of Commerce employees are not eligible to win.

How To Enter: Visit ThinkKansas.com to take the Trivia Game quiz. Participants can register on the site or entries may be submitted by mail. To enter by mail, participants must send in a post card with full name and address, e-mail and shirt size to: Kansas Department of Commerce, Attn: Brand Manager, 1000 SW Jackson Street, Suite 100, Topeka, KS 66612. Entrants are limited to one per household per month. Entrants must complete all required registration information on ThinkKansas.com to be eligible. No one may enter another individual into the Contest. Entries submitted in a manner not specified in these rules will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Monthly Winner Selection: A random drawing to select ten (10) monthly prize winners each month will be conducted by the Contest Administrator on the first day of each month. Each montly drawing will include all entries received from the previous month.

Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.

Conditions: By registering with ThinkKansas.com, the participant agrees to have his or her name or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Contest without additional financial or other compensation. The Kansas Department of Commerce in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the ThinkKansas.com web site or who is otherwise in violation of the rules.
